Global Disaster Response works with local teams to assess the situation, develop a practical plan, bring people and resources together, and serve with compassion.

We begin by listening to local leaders and learning what is happening on the ground. Our team assesses needs, available resources, and the challenges a community faces so the response is shaped by the real situation.

Serve
Plans matter because people matter. Our team and partners put the response into action through practical help, training, and compassionate care, seeking to reduce suffering and strengthen communities.
We work alongside local churches, organizations, and community leaders. By bringing together their knowledge and GDR’s experience and connections, we can support a response that makes sense for the community.

Every crisis is different. We use what we learn to develop a response plan with local partners, focusing on practical steps that meet immediate needs and support longer-term recovery.
